Refund policy

All sales are final

Every Onesies2077 onesie is a PREORDER, made for your order in our production run. Because of this, all sales are final: we don't offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing or personal preference. Please check the size options on the product page before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders can't be cancelled once they've been confirmed.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Design substitutions

If a design can't be produced to our standards, you may receive a different Onesies2077 design of equal or higher value.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your onesie arrives damaged, defective, or isn't the character or size you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we've confirmed the problem, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, or your parcel is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Photos and colours

Product photos and mockups are previews. Colours, finish and details may vary slightly from the photos.

Preorder timeline

All Onesies2077 onesies are made in a 6-8 week preorder production run. Your order ships once its run is complete.

Shipping options

Standard: up to 2 weeks after your order ships.
Express: 4-7 business days after your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country; these are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

1 Year Warranty (optional add-on)

Added once per order, not once per onesie. One year of cover on your onesie against defects in materials and workmanship. To claim, email us your order number and photos.
